Brad Kingsley, President and CEO
Through various consulting and management positions with companies such as Sprint, Bank of America, and NASDAQ, Brad grew to understand the importance of both solid technical expertise and stellar customer service and relationships. Brad has demonstrated technical expertise by obtaining his MCSE, authoring both online and print publications, speaking at conferences, and consulting on several critical web projects. He has demonstrated his commitment to customer service and relationships by founding ORCS Web, with a key corporate goal of providing the best technical support teamed with the best possible customer service.

Karla Kingsley, EVP and Service Quality Officer
Karla spent many years in management roles in non-technical industries, where she developed her passion for customer service. This background has enabled her to bring a client-focused perspective previously unheard of in information technology. When not working, she enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with her family, and volunteer work for several local organizations.

Scott Forsyth, Director of Technology
As Director of Technology, Scott works with his strong team to ensure that ORCS Web stays on the cutting edge in Microsoft Internet based technologies, keeping abreast of future technologies while continually improving on the current products and corporate tools. Scott has more than 15 years of professional experience in IT. He is a Microsoft MVP for ASP.NET and a member of the ASPInsiders. He is co-author of a Wrox book entitled Professional IIS 7 and is a frequent speaker at technical conferences, user groups, and code camps.

Gwen Peterson, Director of Marketing and Sales
Gwen loves to bring technology to clients to help them meet business goals. She joined ORCS Web after management roles at Hewlett-Packard, Dataquest, and Clarity Software. She has served on the Board of Directors of a Silicon Valley electronic components distributor, consulted to technology firms in Silicon Valley and in Charlotte, and directed key online initiatives at Wachovia and Bank of America. Gwen earned a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and an MBA from Stanford University.

Robin Quigley, Director of Finance
Robin works to make clients’ financial dealings with ORCS Web as smooth as their technical experience is. She brings to ORCS Web a CPA and more than 25 years of accounting experience, including more than 20 years with publicly-held companies. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
